  • 1 1/2 cups Strawberries, fresh
Refrigerated
  • 1 1/2 Egg, large
Baking & Spices
  • 2 1/2 cups All purpose flour, plain
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Bicarbonate of soda/baking soda
  • 5 tbsp Caster white sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cornflour/cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp Icing/powdered sugar
  • 1 Pinch Salt
Dairy
  • 1 stick Butter, unsalted
  • 1 11/16 cup Double heavy cream
Liquids
  • 1/4 cup Water
